Please allow 6 weeks before contacting about tracking on your order IF there are no updates on the website home page or facebook group. This is to allow time once it's packed and in post office hands for tracking to update and IF there are NO updates provided as stated.
ALL updates, if any, will be posted in our facebook group as well as email auto response when you email us. Be sure you check there for any info regarding issues/delays.
TAT starts that following Monday after round closes which is located at top of website each week. No REFUNDS. IF we choose to issue a refund you will be refunded minus 25% restock/cancellation fee. Your purchase means you agree to this. Round dates are stated on the home page as well as the banner at top of website.
If you cannot agree to this please don’t purchase. Please do not purchase if you cannot wait the tat for items to ship to you. None of our items are in stock unless RETAIL collection is active. They are all printed to order. We cannot rush any of the printing process at any time. You may upgrade your shipping from me once the items have arrived but we cannot upgrade the printing time.
NO refunds will be given at any time for failing to read the TAT or shop policies. Please do not message for updates on your order before 5 weeks. If there are updates or delays we will post on website home page, in the Facebook group and info in auto response of our shop email. If you take preorders do so at your own risk. I will not be responsible for refunding for preorders that are promised to your customers by certain time frames. Again these are printed to order overseas and delays can occur with weather, shipping, pandemics, or illnesses.
