Returns/Refunds/ Lost Packages
Contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery BEFORE washing and/or cutting any fabric. We cannot offer any credit if fabric is washed or altered in any way.
All returns must be done within 3 days of correspondence. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*****Please note: There are no refunds/cancellations if you simply decide you do not want the fabric because you have changed your mind or did not read the tat.***** IF we refund you will be refunded minus 25% restocking/cancellation fee.
No refunds:credits will be issued for bleeding/washing issues.
No refunds/credits will be issued for any fabric that has been cut, sewn, and/or altered in any way.
Credits/Replacements will be offered in the following instances:
Fabric received had undisclosed flaws NOT along the salvage or anything larger than a quarter. Must be within 3 days of receiving.
Incorrect fabric was sent or missing fabrics that customer does not want to wait on to get.
Fabric sent/received was cut less than amount ordered
Note: WE do not guarantee continuous cuts. Our cuts are in one yard increments. If you want continuous cut you must leave a note in checkout. If the reverse side of the fabric has spotting or marks that do NOT show through to the front of the fabric, it will be marked as “un-flawed,” as this is not unusual in custom print fabrics.
Lost or damaged packages need to be filed with the USPS. I have no control over where packages end up, delays, rerouting or anything else that the postal service does. You must call your local post. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on lost or damaged packages! Please purchase insurance if you are worried about shipping and tracking.
